  the owner/coworkers yesterday went and paid my bill and they said i had a fake $5 and threatned to calll police but said he wouldnt well he checked all my bills then and we left and went to store to check the 5 and well turns out it was real and this dude didnt have my service cut back on my husband had to call the next morning before work to get it back on through customer service. every time i go in there there jerks. the same day now before this they had a sign on door with light on saying be back in 15 minutes i waiting 30 minutes in my car and they still didnt show up so i left and came back and then the above happened

  I went to get a phone from MetroPCS. The people at this store are 100% A holes and should not be in business. Rude and useless. After I left the store, I thought what did I get into. I had problems getting to work so I went to the store in Carrollton at 1670 Hwy 27 South. And out came the sunshine. Veronica was 100% super help. That is the store to go to. I give the store and everybody there a 10. I' am telling you to stay away from this store. MetorPCS should shut this store down. They are giving Metor a very bad name.
