  I inquired on some balloons and was told they were out of them. I asked if they could call the other Party City chain store to see if item was in stock the associate said we can't to busy. I looked and said there is no one on line. They said you can call another store if you want. I thought to myself what kink if customer service is that. The cashier asked if I was ready to pay my merchandise, I turned around and said no thank you and left items left their store. I drove to Marina Party City Highly recommend excellent customer service.

  If I could rate this -5 stars I would. One of the workers was rude and kept following us around the store. Made me feel uncomfortable. Never coming back.

  Nice Party City store, clean & orderly. The staff was ready to help us as we entered. This store is in a large shopping center, with plenty of parking. But, the local drivers cut through here very fast. Caution to people with wheelchairs, or baby strollers. An amazing variety of items at Party City, the merchandise is stocked way up to the roof! We found things my daughter needed for a play at school. The month of March is starting, Party City was well-stocked with items for St. Patrick's Day and also for "Easter Bunny, Easter Eggs" etc. I took pictures for all you review readers to scroll through. I highly recommend this Party City location, just be careful out in the shopping center parking lot! Was this review Useful?
