  The staff at this store are very excellent. Everyone was quick to help me out and explain the technical differences between the devices I was looking at. Both during and after the purchase, the staff were eager to thoroughly explain the workings of the phone, the workings of the service plan, and what additional service plans (for instance, insurance) were going to cost monthly. After making the purchase of my new phone, an issue arose regarding a different store's mistake regarding my plan (I had gone to that other store to get my wife a phone and add her to a family plan with me, and instead, the family plan was created separately: I was paying twice). The staff at THIS store were extremely helpful, making calls to customer service for me and trying to resolve the problem. It was a fairly lengthy process to resolve that issue, but the staff were entirely patient throughout it all and clarified everything for me. So. If you're looking at getting a new T-Mobile plan, or are looking to upgrade your phone, come here first, they'll hook you up! *I just want to clarify, the issue I mention came up due to an error at a third party retailer, and NOT because of this store.
